We ran the locations before we built the app.
Harrii started on the floor, not in a software company. We opened and ran our own locations for years, several at a time, and lived with the problem every operator knows: what works at one door quietly falls apart at the next.
We tried the big platforms and the small apps. The team on the floor did not use them, head office still found out late, and the standard kept living in one manager's head.
So we built the tool we wanted for ourselves. One app the whole team already knows how to use, where head office sees every location on one screen and each location sees only its own.
Every feature was run in a real location before it shipped. If it did not survive a busy Saturday, it did not stay.
Three rules, no exceptions.
Run tomorrow the same way you ran today.
Free to start. Nothing to install at your locations. Set up in an afternoon.
